We currently do not offer returns. In the fortunate event that you receive a defective item you can contact us with your name, oder number and photos of defect/damage item. (MUST BE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY)

If your item is deemed defective or damaged by SHOP HER CLOSET you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. (SHIPPING CANNOT BE REIMBURSED)
